WORLD CLASS MINIATURE HORSE REGISTRY,
Founded in 1995, and began with OPEN
REGISTRY PERIOD that continued thru 2004. WCMHR is a
full-service Registry and to simplify owning, showing,
breeding, and registering miniature horses at an
affordable price for
all miniature horse owners.
In the mid-nineties, when other registries
had closed their
Open Registry Period, or began to require DNA on the parents,
many miniature horses were sold without their certificates of
registration from these registries. WCMHR registered many of these
and so WORLD CLASS MINIATURE HORSE REGISTRY, INC. began
with a large number of miniature horses with extraordinary backgrounds
who have now produced offspring with recorded heritage anew.
- A division: 34" and under Permanent at age 3
- B divison: Over 34" up to and incl. 38"
Horse-Dam and Sire registered with WCMHR, or Dam is registered with
WCMHR, or horse is registered
in another recognized registry, or both parents are registered in a
recognized registry. Photos are optional.

Current Membership is required to register
Annual Adult Membership is $25
Members receive a full 12-month membership
regardless of the month they
join. Memberships are dated June and January.
If a new member joins in March,
their renewal date will be due in June of the following year.
Youth Membership is $10 and is
valid until the youth becomes 18.
A Youth may register a horse in their own name but transferring to
Signature of a parent or legal guardian.
Lifetime Membership is valid for the
life of the Member and their spouse or partner
and youths in the household under the age of 18. Lifetime Members also

Horse Registry to combine forms on the
applications and certificates,
offer online forms, and registrations. There is an
"easy to fill out application" available
that can be filled in by tabbing or placing the cursor
in the blanks, printed, and saved with the information on the form for the

The Certificate of Registration
can list all of the other Registries in which the horse is
registered, as well as the other registration numbers of the
pedigree and their colors.
Owners can include the information on the registration application.
On the back of the Miniature Horse Registration Application:
- Back of Membership Application
- Transfer Section is on the back of the
original Horse Registration Certificate and on the back of the
Miniature Horse Registration Application. The new owner
simply sends in the original certificate with the completed transfer
section along with the appropriate fees or the completed Miniature
Horse Registration Application, front and back,
along with the appropriate fees and a new certificate is issued in
the name of the new owner. The previous owner is also listed on the
front of the certificate.
- Service Report (if horse being registered
is a bred mare) is on the back of the Miniature Horse
- Pictures are not required for Eligible
miniature horse registrations. The owner may draw or mark the horse
outlines on the applications. However, many owners prefer to send

- Mare Record for the use of the Miniature
Horse Breeder to determine and better predict the conformation,
size, height, and color of the miniature horse foals born at their
Stallion Reports Stallion Reports are furnished by the Registry
and are due by January 31st.for the preceding year of breeding.
- Turnaround Time is generally 2-3 weeks.
Online orders receive priority handling and are completed within
a few days. The e-certificate that is emailed to the owner is
completed within 5 business days if all information is accurate and

Miniature Horses, like full-sized horses, become a
year older on January 1st.
An eligible Miniature Horse can be registered at any age. A
Hardship registration can be obtained at any age for the horse.
Temporary Certificate of Registration:
A miniature horse may be registered as early as
date that it is foaled. A Temporary Certificate of Registration will be
issued and will expire
on December 31st. of the third year in which the horse was foaled. The
height is not required
until the horse becomes a 3-yr. old unless the horse's height exceeds
the height requirements.
The update to permanent section is on the reverse of the certificate of
registration and is to be
filled in with the height, signed by the owner, and mailed to the
Registry along with the
appropriate fees. A Permanent Certificate of Registration will be issued
and mailed to the owner.
Hardship Certificate of Registration: Will
be issued for a miniature horse that has not met
not the eligibility requirements for registration. Height is required
for all ages and at least 2 photos
showing full view of both sides.
Turnaround Time for
Online Registrations and Online
Membership is completed within a few days and the certificates
and/or membership cards are mailed out very quickly.
Accepted methods of payment for online services includes Paypal or
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
E-Certificate is now available online for an additional fee of $20.
The certificate will be emailed within 5 business days

acceptable for transfers, sales, auctions, and shows.
WCMHR ads appear monthly in numerous miniature horse
and exotic animal magazines.
The Registry has been featured in many
